Når du reserverer et af vores produkter, vil din reservation blive bekræftet med det samme, så vil en af vores repræsentanter med glæde kontakte dig en dag før din service for at hjælpe dig med alle detaljer om din transport, og hvad du kan forvente af den. . På tidspunktet for afhentning vil vores chauffører være korrekt repræsenteret med et skilt med deres fulde navn og vores firmalogo for at sikre, at du nemt kan identificere os. Ankomst til lufthavnen: Vi har to mødesteder for at gøre vores møde nemmere og mere effektivt, til Terminal "A" venter vores repræsentanter på dig på restauranten kaldet "JEG-LAG", som ligger kun få meter fra udgangen af lufthavnens terminal. For terminal "B" vil mødestedet være ved restauranten kaldet "REFUGIO", der ligger kun få skridt fra udgangen. Hvis din transporttjeneste er rundrejse, kontakter vi dig en dag før din afrejsedato, vi beder om dit værelsesnummer, og vi bekræfter afhentningen til næste dag.

A little hard to find our driver when we first arrived but other than that, they were very friendly. And on time
Exemplary service!!!!!! I was meeting friends in the DR, traveling solo and scheduled this service in the wee hours of the morning, 6 hours before my departure flight. My flight was delayed, I was late 90min or more. Upon landing, I reached out to let the service know what happened. They were so professional, courteous and accommodating. By the time my luggage and I were in the car, a friend had alone landed and collected her luggage. The car service was EXCEPTIONALLY accommodating, I was able to add a rider to my round-trip airport transfer, smoothly and seamlessly. The driver was good looking, gracious, and drove aggressively 🤩 Since I'd added the car service name in our travel chat, the other 2 travelers used them too!

I would recommend this service to anyone, they were ready at the airport and had waters on hand. There were no issues for the round trip transportation.

That was good. We were only sold that we trended available water and it was not. Otherwise good. I would suggest that the meeting point be closer to the airport exit.
