Excellent service, friendly contact via WhatsApp, timely pick-up, modern and clean limousine bus, perfect driver. Only one thing to nag about: halfway the ride the driver takes a 20 minute lunch break at a reststop with good and clean toilet facilities, but also a very expensive shop. Products have no price, you will be surprised at the counter. The most expensive cans of soda of our whole trip; cheaper to take drinks from your hotel minibar.

The limousine ride was comfortable and cozy. The driver was on time and helpful. It took us 3 hours to travel from Halong Bay to Hanoi city center with heavy traffic once we’ve approached the city proper.
