Excellent communication and they were waiting for us when we got through customs. Friendly and knowledgeable driver. We will certainly use them again!
Ultimate Excursions deserves every bit of praise, and Navar is the reason why. From the moment I arrived in Montego Bay, he made sure my trip started on the right foot. He personally picked me up from the airport, and when the hotel made an error with our reservation, he stepped in without hesitation — he covered a full one‑night hotel stay for us so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced. That level of integrity and customer care is rare. Navar spent an entire day taking our group on excursions, making sure we were safe, comfortable, and having fun the whole time. He kept the energy light with great conversation and jokes, and he treated us like more than just clients. He checked in throughout the trip and made sure we had everything we needed. If you want a tour company that is reliable, professional, and genuinely invested in your experience, Ultimate Excursions is the one to book. I’d request Navar or Peter, they are the BEST!

We planned a last minute baby moon to Excellence Oyster Bay Resort in Falmouth, Jamaica and this was the perfect transportation to and from the Montego Bay Airport. They were waiting with a sign with our name on it once we landed and then were waiting to pick us up outside the resort at the end of our trip. The van was very spacious, updated, and most importantly COOL. The driver was very nice and helped with bags. Would use them again and recommend to others - their price is unmatched!

We had an amazing experience using Ultimate Excursions Tours and Taxi Service. We did the round trip service and couldn’t have been happier. As soon as we stepped out of the airport they were waiting to take us to our resort. We waited less than 5 minutes and had a pleasant experience the whole way to the resort. The morning we left they arrived 10 minutes prior to our departure time and again had a great experience back to the airport. I can’t recommend this company enough. So nice to have direct transportation to and from the resort without the hassle of being on the big busses and taking longer to our destinations. Thank you Ultimate Excursions!

Our driver Shamoy was fantastic. He promptly picked us up from the airport and took us safely to our hotel. He also gave us great info about Jamaica history and the aftermath of the hurricane.
