Caesar went above and beyond to get us tickets for Machu Picchu. From the moment we arrived in Aguas Calientes, he was waiting for us with a sign with our names, and got us over to the agency office ASAP, where we got in line for the in-person allocation tickets for two days from then. We only had to wait in line less than 10 minutes, and it was a very easy process. Then, when it came time for our tour, Caesar made sure to make it a fantastic time for us. We had incredible weather and beautiful views. We stopped to soak in the views and take all the photos (Caesar is a great photographer who took photos with both our phones and our nice camera). Machu Picchu is truly a wonder of the world, and Caesar completely made our entire trip to Peru.

Have circuit 3 and wish we have circuit 2 When we reserved tickets on January We add some stress 3 weeks before we leave because we don t have the tickets Need to change plan for our trip It was not fun Just 3 days before we knew that the tour operators had our tickets

Awesome experience! Dennis arranged our transportation from Cusco to Ollantaytambo, and it was amazing. Don Guille, our driver, was incredibly knowledgeable about every town we passed through, making the journey feel like a mini tour itself. We then took the train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu), which gave us a chance to experience a bit of the local culture. There, we met Jorge, our guide, who was very friendly, informative, and highly knowledgeable about the ancient city. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend them — 10/10!
A beautiful and evocative experience.. even though… We had booked the ticket to enter at 6 AM, and I do not know who decided to change it and let us in at 8 AM!!! Only notifying us at 3:15 AM, 2 hours before the appointment!!! So, Viator, very disappointing!!!! Our guide was skilled and professional, compliments to Julio Cesar!!!
I decided to do Machu Picchu a little spur of the moment…about 6 weeks out and during the high season. The organizer, Dennis, went above and beyond to ensure my visit went off without a hitch. Despite my late planning he worked tirelessly to get me a ticket to Machu Picchu. We communicated via WhatsApp and he responded to all my questions and those of my travel agent, even calling several times. The actual guided experience was also fantastic. Our guide, Ronald, was informed and made sure we got all the best photo ops and treatment. Great experience!
