Unfortunately my experience is bad. One day before my arrival I received email from the driver with requirement to add $20. I made reservations few weeks before and had tickets. I did not have chance to cancel and try to find somebody else. The driver requested to pay to him cash after trip. I paid him cash at the end at hotel. It looks like fraud. I think it must be investigated.

This was a one way trip to the airport. Communication with operator was good and the driver was there on time (5am!) for an 8:00 international flight. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Our Driver was waiting for us and very professionally and safely drove us to our destination. Perfect service!
