My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Getty Villa with accomplished art historian Sasha. Sasha is a wonderful guide with fascinating personal background. She made the Getty come to life for us with highly informative and entertaining tour. The depth of her knowledge and enthusiasm for Getty was the highlight of our trip to LA. I highly recommend Sasha if you are fortunate enough to have her as a tour guide. you will not be disappointed!
Sasha was our guide and she proved to be very informative and at times, even funny. She gave us background information before we even started the tour that enhanced our understanding and appreciation of the exhibits

We were delighted with our tour! Ellen at Quick Culture made sure all our arrangements were in order prior to the visit, especially ensuring we had received our tickets. They were excellent in communication prior to our visit. Our Tour Guide, Yana Polshina, was so knowledgeable and explained the art in the Getty Villa through wonderful stories and historical context. Even the non-art lovers in our group enjoyed it. Having Yana take us through Getty Villa took the experience to the next level. Totally worth it!

Kara was extremely knowable about history and art. She kept us entertained AND learning the entire time! We could have talked to her all day, the 90 minute tour went by in a flash. Definitely worth the investment to get a deeper understanding the structure and antiquities. If you have folks in your life who are obsessed with ancient Rome, they will love this place!

Sasha has a real passion for teaching and explaining the villa. My experience with her has no negatives. If you want someone who has love for history, please a have tour with Sasha. I personally cannot wait to go back and have another tour with Sasha at the other places she tours.

A private tour of the Getty Villa is a must— especially if you are lucky enough to be guided by art historian Sasha. We were in LA to celebrate our son’s birthday. He’s a fashion archivist and costume curator— my husband an architect, specializing in facilities planning & historic preservation— both tour guides themselves at various points in their respective careers. It’s as if Quick Culture, the tour operator, knew the perfect guide with whom to match them. Visiting the Getty Villa has been top on my husband’s list for a long time. Thank you so much for making our visit everything he and our son could have imagined it to be.
Sasha is incredibly knowledgeable and provided a wonderful private tour of the Getty Villa. Though we had visited the Getty Villa previously, it was so much more meaningful with Sasha's expert commentary as she guided us around this spectacular setting.
