Dette er det kongelige tempel i Mengwi-imperiet, der blev bygget i 1634 af kongen af Mengwi, I Gusti Agung Putu. Templet blev bygget som et familietempel til deificerede forfædre. Det ligger på landet, der er omgivet af en stor fiskedam og ser ud som om den driver på vand. Det har et tag med flere etager og balinesisk arkitektur.

The tour organization was fine. The restaurant is very nice and the food was delicious with enough variety. The guide can improve giving more information about the locations, about Balinese traditions, was a little silent...

Went on the best UNESCO sites in Bali tour. Had a lovely time with my guide Krishda. Learned some new things about Bali culture and about him.

We had a wonderful day, all four places were beautiful and unique, we really love them all. Our tour guide Ardana is very friendly and easy going man, nice and patient, a good photographer too, he speaks very good English, driving safely as well, everything was going smoothly, we chatted a lot, a very happy day tour in Ubud.
