He was on time and friendly also knew the area and arrived on time and told us a little bit about himself
Driver had a bit of trouble getting to our ship for pickup, but it was confusing and we were in no rush. He was very pleasant, and we chatted the whole way to Munich.

Mark was a great driver. We had more luggage than we thought. He made it all fit! He was courteous, a very good driver and problem solver. We really thought we'd have to find another way to Munich but he made it work. We were very grateful. We had to hold a couple bags on our laps, but it was worth it. Next time I'll be better about calculating the amount of luggage.

We needed a private transfer from Passau to Munich. We ended up having more bags between the 4 of us. Our driver, Mark was wonderful. He figured out a way to fit all of the luggage. Mark didn't make feel bad for having too much luggage. We didn't have to find a second car. Mark was a good driver and very courteous. It was such a relief not to have to change our plans. In future, I'd err on the side of caution and order a bigger car.

Driver was on time, friendly, and a safe driver. He was a safe driver through rain and snow. Vechicle was very clean.

The trip from Passau was uneventful and fine. Our driver Maria was congenial, professional and a delight. What wasn’t fine was operators back office. 2 days before our tour I notified ,email , the operator that due to flooding the normal access to the hotel was closed, and to be sure the driver knows how to get to the rear of the hotel ( not straightforward)…I was assured their drivers were very familiar with Passau, and no problem…Maria was never advised about road closure took her 30 minutes to figure out alternative route…kudos and thanks to her for persevering. Secondly the vehicle’s A/C was not working…settings were correct..no cold air
