Privat dagstur til Jiufen, Shifen og Yehliu Park

På denne tur med privat transport besøger vi Taiwans nordkyst, inklusive en nysgerrig geologisk park med fantastiske klippeformationer, en lille by med et vandfald kaldet "Taiwans lille Niagara" og Jiufen, en malerisk by i bjerget, der ligner noget fra filmen "Spirited Away" af mester Hayao Miyazaki.

Om morgenen henter vi dig på dit hotel, og vi tager mod Taiwans nordkyst for at besøge Yehliu, en geologisk park, der huser adskillige klippeformationer med overraskende figurer, et resultat af haverosion gennem århundreder.
Efter at have besøgt Yehliu går vi ind i bjergene i det nordlige Taiwan for at opdage Shifen-vandfaldet, kaldet "Taiwans lille Niagara". Et naturligt vidunder, der vil efterlade dig forpustet. Med en imponerende højde på 20 meter og en majestætisk bredde på 40 meter tilbyder dette vandfald et visuelt og auditivt skue, der fordyber dig i naturens storhed.
Til sidst besøger vi den fotografiske by Jiufen. Denne lille by ligger på bjergsiden og har en fantastisk udsigt over Stillehavets kyster. Jiufen huser et marked langs hovedgaden, hvor vi kan prøve lokale delikatesser – såsom ananas-cupcakes eller et kødbrød med rispasta – og besøge værksteder og butikker hos håndværkere, der har slået sig ned i Jiufen. Byen er berømt for de traditionelle tehuse, der er gemt i sine snoede gyder, og for de røde lanterner, der dekorerer dens gader, som tilfører Jiufen en særlig charme. Men ikke kun vil vi slentre og beundre gyderne, butikkerne og den spektakulære udsigt, men vi vil også have mulighed for at spise frokost på et af de berømte tehuse med privilegeret udsigt over kysten og bjergene omkring denne drømmende landsby.

Andy was very communicative with arrival time and knowledgeable about the sites visited. The car was comfortable and impeccably clean and well appointed. We had plenty of time to linger in places that were interesting and he even ended up sending us a car to take us to the airport the next day.
We had a great day exploring the North Coast of Taiwan. Andy is a fantastic guide with a wealth of knowledge about the area and its history. The day was well-paced and we have a load of photos to commemorate our visit.
It’s a curated private tour experience with the convenience seeing sights at your own pace. Cristian was a very warm, hospitable, conscientious, and knowledgeable driver/tour guide. This is a perfect itinerary for a day tour, and I would definitely recommend it.
The Geopark, Jiufen and Shifen can be very crowded. Learning more from Samuel, our guide, about the sites were very informative and interesting. Samuel's knowledge of where to traverse made it more efficient. Would love to do another tour with him the next time we visit Taipei.
Wilson was fantastic! He picked us up at our Hotel and the vehicle was a Mercedes Van that was very comfortable for the day trip. He was very knowledgable about the locations and handled everything and kept us to perfect schedule. He also took fantastic pictures and compiled a great video for us at the end of the trip. I would highly recommend this trip if you are looking for great day trip. 5 stars for sure!

Our family had a perfect private tour with Samuel. He picked us up just as planned and made sure we had a great day. Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen are all popular tourist destinations and Samuel was well informed and navigated everything so we could just relax and enjoy what we were seeing. He was happy to adjust the plan a bit for us and we also got some really great pictures! Don’t hesitate to book this, and I think extra cost of a private tour is well worth it for these sites.

Got us to the right places at the right times and no hanging around for others. Just for parking in the right places and the restaurant booking it was worth the extra of a private tour. Geo Park, waterfall and Jiufen (sp?) all good and all different. Train St was a nice additional stop.
