Klokken 5 eller 6 om morgenen vil din chauffør afhente dig og gå til Haridwar, som er omkring 5 timers kørsel. Din første stop vil være Har ki Pauri. Trods at være en af de helligste Ghats i landet, Har Ki Pauri er angiveligt det første sted, hvor Ganga rører sletterne, efterlader bag sig de urene rækker af Himalaya. Ghat er også kendt som Brahma Kund hvor du kan se stenen, som har et aftryk af Lord Vishnu's fod, som det fremgår af navnet. Du vil også udforske to broer i Rishikesh. Først er Lakshman Jhula, den populære hængende bro over den hellige flod Ganges. Denne 450 fod lange Jhula er bygget på en højde på 70 fod fra floden og er omkring 3 km væk fra hovedbyen Rishikesh. Den anden bro er Ram Jhula som er jern Parallax Bridge på floden Ganges i Rishikesh. Ram Jhula er den nyere bro opkaldt efter Lakshmans bror, Lord Ram.
Du kan nyde frokost på en lokal restaurant (på egen regning) før du besøger Sivananda Ashram, Parmath Niketan Temple, Gita Bhavan, Swarg Ashram, Ma Anandamayee Ashram, Sapt Rishi Ashram og The Beatles Ashram. Om aftenen under solnedgang, vil du besøge Ganga Aarti i Haridwar. Tusindvis af sekter besøger Gangas ghats i Har ki Pauri i Haridwar for at være vidne til aarti, der begyndte for flere årtier siden. Traditionen fortsætter uafbrudt og er et syn at se. We had an unforgettable day trip from Delhi to Haridwar and Rishikesh. The journey was long, but absolutely worth it! Our guide Ajay was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the history, culture, temples, and spiritual importance of both cities beautifully. The highlight of the tour was experiencing the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri — it was truly magical and deeply moving. Our driver Ravi was punctual, professional, and drove safely throughout the journey. Everything was well organized from pickup to drop-off. A wonderful experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting India!
Ajay was a great tour guide! He took us on a walk to a beautiful beach with sparkling sand and cows that bathed in the sun. Such a magical place.

Ajay was a great tour guide. He took us to some beautiful places including a beach with sparkling sand! It’s also not every day you’re on a beach and there’s a cow laying in the sand soaking up the sun.

I took part in a fantastic tour in Haridwar and Rishikesh, the sacred sites of the Ganges River, which had a particularly positive effect on me. I was able to discover the sights of both towns with the help of the excellent guide Ajay. It was an excellent program, I can only recommend it to everyone!

Our day trip to haridwar and rishikesh was incredible! This was an unmissable experience in India. What made it even better was our tour guide, Ajay. Ajay is a wonderful guide! He answered all my many questions with good humor and lots of information. The scenery is amazing and the many temples and religions were lovely to see and learn about. It was a great day, well worth the drive. Highly recommended!!

This tour is wonderful and the organization was perfect. We had a little glitch at first, but the organizer did well to meet our request. The day is long, but rich in beautiful scenery and moments.

An interesting tour, but a long drive (4 hours each way from/back to Delhi). Visited the various Ghats and Ashrams which were included on the tour, and also a Hindu temple (Glass Temple) which was unlike any other I have visited. I felt the tour could have been shortened as there was quite a time gap between the earlier visits and the start of the evening Aarti ceremony. Pickup arrangements were all fine and good driver and guide.

But, sir, this is normal drive time because Haridwar is far from Delhi, around 250 km. Our Driver had reach on-time at your hotel and and provide you best guide, And he also click you photos and make videos for you and then you give us 4 star rating. An excellent one day journey , either in culture or in religion. The driver is very good 👍. The guide was good as well except a little in a hurry .
