After booking on their website and confining via WhatsApp and discussing details we arrived to be told ‘fully booked’ and come back another day - I don’t think so!!! How to ruin a special event and not even an apology
Was unable to ride. Be warned that they told me the horses were unsound and the stallion that I was to ride rears up and plays up and the only option I had was to be lead around like a little kid. The staff were rude as I wanted to ride the.horse on my own and they laughed at me and cancelled my ride.
we apologise for you can't ride. for safety reason 1 horse have to be with 1 guide. and guide will hold until arrive in the beach and if you experaince you can ride by your own. but if not our guide will lead for safety reson
I arrived and there wasn’t much of a greeting ,not very friendly at all. Asked if I had a booking for which I replied yes and was basically told to go sit down. No professionalism at all. Afterwards a scale was placed down on the ground and I was told to stand on it . I could hear a horse making noises as if he was not in the mood for riding. Guess what that’s the horse they brought out for me. They stated this is the only one we have for your weight. I75 lbs . I felt uneasy the entire time the guide was somewhat nonchalant and flat. I asked if someone would be with me he said I will. He told me to put my bag in the locker and that I needed to pay attention and hold the saddle and reign. Not friendly at all. Okay we start and the horse starts acting funny stopping, kept veering to the right , trying to chew the string the guide was holding. I thought a bit strange but we trotted on. As we got to the beach the horse continued to pull away or try to eat the string the guide called him naughty . I’m thinking if he’s naughty why am I riding it. I managed to push through and pose for pictures and video which was the highlight, however on the way back I decided to dismount as the guide and horse were doing some tug of war thing while I’m riding the horse begin to jump and that’s when I decided to get off. Guide begin to tell me because I was apprehensive that will drive the horse crazy. I’m thinking the horse was already being defiant prior to my ride. and he was still wrestling with him walking back without a rider.The guide pretty much walked ahead of me and went on to take the horse back I was not familiar with the area but it seemed easy enough to find my way back. The guide didn’t say a word. I got my things from the locker and thought I’d be the bigger person and say bye the guide never looked up just said bye.
The stable gave me a horse that had behavioral issue. He kept trying to turn around and wouldnt listen to commands and he keep trying to bite. I told the operator and they just brushed it off a no big deal. They were unconcerned that I payed for and had a bad experience with a horse that they provided. I would not go back again
It is AMAZING!! I can’t wipe the smile off my face. The care taken by the handlers is brilliant. The horses are beautiful and well taken care off. Five stars!!
We messaged over the phone and received a time and price. (750k p.p. for ONE hour). We arrived early and waited around. After a while the lady came to us and said we had to pay and charged us the 3mil for 4 people (750 x 4) … She had the prices with her but didnt show it to us and didnt say anything about a price change. So we went out and sat on the walking horses till we got to the beach and rode for 5 minutes out of the 15 minutes we were on the beach, excluding the time to get to the beach which is around 5 minutes. The guide who were walking with the horses then let us know it was time to head back after 21 minutes from leaving the stables… We were so confused as we booked for 1 hour? I spoke to the lady on the phone and she said we must come back to discuss. She then said that the prices she gave over messages was only for people under 85kg (all of us were) and said that se showed us on the pricing menu the new prices for a 30 minute ride (which came out to only be 26 minutes anyways). We demanded half our money back since we went less than half an hour and she denied everything and said she would show the CCTV… We said sure, since we were certain, and then all of a sudden after seeing how confident we were about our case she started making stuff up about not being able to see CCTV even though she mentioned it… They only gave us back 500k after fighting for 15 minutes… These people are snakes and you should be careful if you ever go there which I wouldn’t recommend. The experience was bad aswell since half of the time is walking to the beach and another 10 minutes are you just walking on the beach with the guides without riding. Only around 5 minutes of actually riding. The atmosphere was awkward as the guides were smoking and on their phones, even though they were nice. The crowd size was only our family and this Stable is best for people who want to get ripped off and waste their money.

Very dishonest and overpriced horse riding provider. We booked for 2 horses and when we showed up, they said we were too heavy and had only 1 horse. No rebooking or refund offered even. Avoid this provider.

Good horses and photos. Lovely staff, very conversational. Good beach view and not crowded when we went so good planning by Mesari Stables! Went longer than paid for so loved the freebie!
