What an amazing and magical place! I mean the pictures do not do the Zhangjiajie Forest Park justice. But wow let me tell you if you have to get a guide anywhere let it be here the “splurge” is not that it’s a necessity. Our guide Tom and and driver Mr. Din were incredible over the two days. My parents are not very mobile and both need wheelchairs. Tom was able to set up a wheelchair and pusher for hire. On top of that my mom has a wheelchair that I usually push but Tom would not let me push at all. Tom was simply magnificent over the 2 days! We can’t wait to go back because our second day Tianmen was completely covered by fog nothing you can do about weather. But Tom and Mr. Din were still amazing!

Tom was absolutely incredible the past two days! He was extremely accommodating to my parents that struggle with disabilities. Tom made magic happen! I highly recommend Tom as a tour guide!

The guide, Alisa, is absolutely professional! We really appreciate her assistance for arranging airport drop off service!! The overall tour experience is more than great. I guess we were lucky, since she told us that it rained in Zhangjiajie for more than 1 month, it was not the case for us, amazing view!

Highly recommend zhangjiajie, it has a really different nature view compare with all national park I went in the US. Service great and guide was easily to communicate. If ur a nature view lover, you need to visit here.

We had a really good experience travelling here. In the beginning, we wanted to plan the full trip by ourselves, but it turned out to be too complicated. So we found them to help us. The part I really like about them is their service. On-time reply with clear info. Price is acceptable as well. We only have a really short time period, so we chose this two-day trip. We were worried that the time was not enough for us to go through everything we wanted, so we talked to their CS. They gave really reasonable suggestions and were really patient with all of our requests. If you are looking for some professional help, they are the right choice.

Their service is nice and we felt so welcomed. We have four people and they upgraded the pick up car for us for free!!! We really like how they adjusted our schedule to minimize waiting time.
