Totally worth paying a little more to do a private tour, our tour guide Jack was super informative and knew the area well. We got to see a few gators and even a gator baby!! The airboat itself was nice and they offer headphones for you too. 10/10 recommend
I’m local in Miami and was showing the area to visiting relatives. I was a bit hesitant when approaching the loading area as this operation doesn’t have a building, they load passengers right at the water’s edge. But, once we got going it was an excellent experience. Capt. Jack was an outstanding guide, taking the time to stop from time to time and even stopped at an alligator’s nest with recently hatched babies. He stopped the engine and expertly made a call which some of the baby gators responded to and came right up to the boat. He showed us gators, birds, and we learned a lot about the Everglades. Even though I’ve been to half-dozen other air boat Everglades trips, this one was by far the best.
Captain Jack was fantastic! We had a private tour and enjoyed every minute. Boars are really nice, cold waters provided, and screens is beautiful. Learned a lot and saw so many gators (even babies!) Thank you Captain Jack!

I’ve always wanted to ride an airboat so the first thing we did when we got to Florida was start looking at all the tours. We only had one day in Miami and they had the best price and availability. We decided on the earliest time slot to try a best the heat, and were lucky enough to have the boat to ourselves. Captain Jack was the man, he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made a great experience even better.
Awesome experience! Had two kids with us and the one hour tour was the perfect length. Captain Jack was pleasant and informative, and we had a blast seeing the birds and the gators!

The tour and guide were amazing and we saw many gators and wildlife. Our guide was very knowledgeable. The only bad part was our rental car was broke into and luggage stolen. Window was smashed Please be aware of this when parking and do not keep valuables in the car. Police were not very responsive.
Our guide, Chris, exceeded our expectations. Our 16 year old grandson was visiting and we thought this would be fun. Chris was beyond knowledgeable, kind, and made our experience really special. He gave us Everglades history, Alligator information and fun facts… pointed out the wide variety of birds. Couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend… BTW, my 86 year old husband enjoyed it as much as the 16 year old.
