Forkæl dig selv med en dejlig toscansk oplevelse. Dyk ned i de grønne nuancer af vores vingård med en privat beskrivelse af vores gård. Oplevelsen starter med en detaljeret introduktion til de landbrugsmetoder vi har brugt, hvordan vores biodynamiske produktionsmetode fungerer og gårdens historie. Derefter får du en tre-retters toscansk frokost og en vinsmagning med 4-5 økologiske vine, der kommer direkte fra vingårdens vinmarker og chancen for at smage alle vores ekstra jomfru olivenolier omgivet af spektakulære toscanske omgivelser. Vi er kun få minutter fra San Gimignanos centrum, med en fantastisk udsigt over det toscanske landskab og byens middelaldertårne. Et italiensk eller engelsktalende familiemedlem vil guide dig i oplevelsen med en professionel og varm familievelkomst.

Vin-, Evo-olie- og balsamicoeddikesmagningen med toscansk måltid starter med en kort introduktion til vores gård foran vores Vernaccia-vingård, en af de ældste i San Gimignano. Det toscanske måltid består af 4 retter: en forret med traditionel bruschetta og crostini, økologisk pasta med dagens sauce, lokale oste, pålæg fra Casa Porciatti og vores hjemmebagte kage. Denne mulighed inkluderer også et udvalg af mindst fire økologiske og biodynamiske vine fra Podere La Marronaia, såsom Vernaccia di San Gimignano og Chianti Colli Senesi, 6 slags ekstra jomfru olivenolier, naturlige og aromatiseret, og 3 slags balsamicoeddike. Vi vil forklare, hvordan man parrer hver enkelt med den serverede mad.

Nice location, good explanation of the wine and olive oils. You can buy everything directly. Wine was not entirely my taste and pricey.
Immersed in the gorgeous countryside the tremendous wines and lovely lunch overlooking the vineyards took us a world away. Informative and fun. Thank you for a day to remember

This was a perfect lunch. Great views, wine, olive oils and food. When they say light lunch- don't believe them. It's the perfect compliment to their wines and oils.
This experience was second to none! What a beautiful place! The wine was excellent and they catered to a non drinking friend as well with juices! Food was excellent and there was no pressure to buy! Beautiful experience!
Fantastic tasting experience at a stunning winery. It looks like Tuscany does in the movies, it is breathtaking. The starters were especially delicious. The olive oil and balsamic tasting was even better than expected. The flavored olive oils taste exactly like their flavor, very fresh and delicious. The wines were delicious as well. I bought some of each to send back home. I did want to note this is just a private tasting for your group, there is not a tour around which we were okay with but it does say there will be a brief tour in the description.
