When looking for a private tour I did a lot of research and chose Alex. It was a great choice. We did two separate days with him. A tour to Pena Palace, Sintra and Cascais for our wedding anniversary and then my niece joined us for just the weekend so we did a Lisbon day to maximise her time with us. Both days were fantastic and I enjoyed Alex’s style and his reading of how much information we wanted versus just reciting the facts. Highly recommended for both experiences.

We had a wonderful day with Alex touring Sintra, Pena Palace and Cascais. He was so informative and we learned so much that day. At the same time, he's funny and pleasant and had all of the logistics timed out perfectly. It was one of the best days of our trip, and we wish we had him along with us the rest of our travels.
