Claudio was great! We had some unexpected illness with one of our members on the trip and Claudio not only helped us get her back to our hotel, he also stayed longer and took us around sampling Firenze's best and sharing history of the city. He even helped carry our bags! He was incredibly nice and helpful, we enjoyed our time.

Claudio had a great personality & was very accommodating to our requests. Having been to Frienze previously, he took us to see things we hadn't done before that were interesting & fun. We were with our 13 year old granddaughter & he made sure that she was engaged and enjoying the tour as well. He even took us to where we had to meet up for our next tour to make sure we found it and got there on time. This was above and beyond since it took him 30 minutes more than the allotted time for our tour with him.
It's especially lovely to know that Claudio kept your granddaughter engaged and even went the extra mile to ensure you reached your next tour on time. Allasandro took us all over the city, showed us the history of the Medici family and its affect on the history of Florence. He showed us the most ancient pharmacy in the city which was stunning. He took us to local market that sold fine Italian products we could buy. He took us to a local market and showed us the history of the market and the merchants that worked there. He fed us at a local corner trying out local food that normally we would never think of trying but it was DELICIOUS. He brought us bread from a local market to try that was FANTASTIC, and gave my daughter a gift for her birthday. We couldn’t have asked for more!

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Gianmarco promptly made contact with us asking questions to personalise the experience to exactly what we wanted. He was very knowledgable, friendly and his English is better than mine. He arrived early and took us to some beautiful spots full of history but not necessarily what we would have seen having done it ourselves. He provided a document with lots of recommendations of eateries etc which we used. They weren’t full of tourists just locals and the food was amazing. Highly recommend 5 star experience

Claudio was a phenomenal guide. He took us all around the city. We learned a lot, tasted delicious food, shopped and laughed a lot. He went out of his way to make this a special tour. He was thoughtful (he even carried all of our many bags after shopping) . We now consider him our dear friend.
