Excellent guide, having a local person who knows the area and places that are off the regular path is what made this excursion memorable.
We booked for an English guide but got one that could only speak Spanish. She also had trouble following GPS (and driving). Not sure we saw everything listed on the itinerary and we opted to skip lunch to avoid any further frustrations. So, our six hour tour was essentially a four-hour quiet drive. Gloma Travel finally responded and promised to refund us for the booking. Meanwhile, the Translate app and ChatGPT helped us communicate to on elementary level.
Fully customizable. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We got to see a little bit of the north part of the island and also asked him to take us to a specific shop and give us a lunch recommendation. Everything was great!

We had a fantastic trip with Belen. She had a wonderful demeanour and was super knowledgeable. She tailored the tour to our family’s needs and we were able to visit several magical spots. The viewpoint over Garachico as well as the visit to the town were highlights for me. Would recommend without hesitation. Ask for Belen!

We had a great time. Very informative and beautiful north coast of Tenerife. Our guide was very intelligent and knowledgeable of the history and area. One word of caution, be careful with where you’re going to meet your guide. Make sure ahead of time. Know exactly where you’re going to be meeting, we actually met in a rental car parking lot on the port which was fine but not knowing it at the time, we walked a little bit further than we had to.

Belen reached out to us the day before the tour to clearly communicate when and where to meet, which made everything very easy and stress-free. From the moment she picked us up until she dropped us off, she shared so much great knowledge about the island and the places we were visiting. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best that day, which was out of her control, but she still did an absolutely amazing job making the tour enjoyable and informative. Her positive attitude and expertise really made the experience special. Highly recommend — 10/10!

The tour guide cancelled my trip,only the dsy before because they do not cater for solo trsvellers. Too late to book anything else. Really fisapppinted

However, we would like to clarify that our minimum requirement for any booking is two people. This policy is clearly stated on our official website and across all booking platforms, including Viator, to ensure transparency before a reservation is made. When we receive a booking for a solo traveler, we monitor the group size until the last moment hoping to reach the minimum; unfortunately, if the requirement is not met, we must cancel per our operational guidelines.
