I had no problem with it and could use it with confidence. Since it was private, we had plenty of time to spare, and on the way back they dropped us off at a convenient place for afternoon sightseeing.
Just want to say: Marianita said you are the best! If we will ever get back to the Mexico with the group we will use you again!!
It was very interesting to have left early, arrived early to be able to better enjoy the time in Teotihuacán. The trip was very quiet and very well accompanied by guides Athl and Mariana. We had good guidance on how to enjoy and know the ruins without storms. During the journey we killed the curiosity about the place we were going to visit. I highly recommend this company for the quality, punctuality, clarity in the information and friendly relationship that we were able to establish.
That was an awesome experience, flexible and simple to organize. Frank was our guide, really friendly and his explanations were clear and interesting, highly recommended!

I was amazing! We went with an excellent guide. We went with our kids who are 11 months and two years old. When my wife goes up the pyramid, and I was changing my son's diaper, he took care of my baby. With interesting facts and a kind way, we are happy to recommend them.

Great communications, driver and vehicle! Would definitely recommend. Just note you're only getting transportation - bring cash to pay the entrance to the site, and then get ready to explore yourself, or look for a guide to hire there.

Our family of 4 adults had a wonderful time visiting and learning about Teotihuacan with Marianna. From start to finish, a professional and comfortable experience, absolutely recommended. Little things like water, espresso drinks en route, the best lunch I've had in the city, and of course Marianna's engaging personality and deep knowledge of the area made this a highlight of our visit to Mexico City. We selected Tekpan Tours based on the Fodor guide, and were not disappointed. Arrangements were easily made by email and WhatsApp. Highly recommend!
