Excellent service from airport meeting to hotel pickup for airport return. Great communication, pleasant drivers.
Did round trip private transport between the Punta Cana airport and Cap Cana. Both drivers were kind, helped with luggage, and were good drivers. Messaging the company via WhatsApp was great. Abundant communication helped make sure we knew where to be and when.
We arranged a transportation from PUJ Airport to Grand Sirenis Resort and back. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Julio Rodriguez, who was exceptionally professional, reliable, and courteous throughout the entire experience. Traveling as a group of 15, we truly appreciated how smooth and well-organized everything was. The transportation was punctual, comfortable, and handled with great care. We were especially impressed by their willingness to accommodate our last-minute booking without any issues. We highly recommend this service to anyone traveling in the area and will certainly use it again on our next visit. Muchas gracias, Julio, for your excellent service.

Wonderful experience- received great service! Our flight got delayed on the way to Punta Cana- they check the flights arrival and wait for you right outside with the IPad that has your name on it. The drive was easy, safe, quick, and the driver had cold water bottles for us. On the way back they were waiting right outside the check out lobby with printed sign of your name. We had timely, efficient and safe drive to the airport. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you for great communication and great service!
Our drivers were on time, easy to find with clearly marked signs, safe drivers and courteous. It was easy to communicate with the company to confirm rides while on our trip.

We rented. Bus big enough to accommodate our family of 10. Our driver was great. We had a very short wait at the airport.
Alex picked us up on time and took us to our hotel. He was pleasant, well dressed and the van was spotless. We are using his service for our return trip to the airport. Reasonably priced and highly recommended.
The ride and the drivers were good. The shuttle company reached out a couple weeks before we left on vacation which I thought was pretty cool. My biggest concern was that we had no communication or confirmation on the return shuttle until the day before even after reaching out to them 2 days before. I had to keep messaging them in order to get updates right up to the point the driver arrived at our resort. It would have been nice to have a confirmation sooner in the week.
