Excellent, safe and on time! All the things that matter when you are traveling g with kids.
We had 5 adults & a 13 month old toddler in our group. We met the Happy Shuttle coordinator at the outside curb and were loaded and ready to go within under 10 minutes. We requested a car seat for the baby and they had it in the van both ways. We were able to comfortably fit all 6 passengers and our luggage for a week. It was a smooth air-conditioned trip to the Westin Lagunamar and they were right on time picking us up for our trip back to the airport. Happy Shuttle has been our airport Shuttle of choice for years and their service has been consistently flawless and comfortable! I highly recommend!

It was good,. Although we had to wait for 20+ minutes at the airport I understand traffic is heavy at the airport. It didn't help that our flight was over an hour delayed. Returning the driver was a bit rude. They did provide a car seat going and returning which I was grateful for.

Happy Shuttle provided great private transportation from Cancun airport to our resort for reasonable price. They are easy to find at the airport due to their colorful shirts, the drivers-Diego on the way there and Enrique on the way back were exceptional. They both were very personable and knowledgeable of the area and other vacation locations throughout Mexico! The greeter was ok, not very personable and didn’t offer to take out bags to the vehicle which was strange because they normally insist. I highly recommend Happy Shuttle for your transportation needs in Cancun.

Happy shuttle has always been great with on time meetups and departures! Quick and efficient rides and they even double check your departure times to ensure there are no mistakes. They send an email a day before to double check my departure since there were an error to ensure I don’t miss my flight. Arrived back to pick me up exactly on time! Friendly and fast. My second time booking with them and will always use them!

Directly greeted at the airport exit by a hostess from the company. She immediately called our driver Pablo who arrived within 5 minutes. Clean, spacious, and air-conditioned vehicle for a perfect trip!
Didn’t have our reservation when we landed in Cancun. We booked though their website and i was charged $175. We had to find another shuttle service.

Happy Shuttle did not disappoint! They were very nice, organized, timely, and reasonable. It was my first trip to Cancun and I would trust their service again if I’m able to return. Our departure was on a Thursday in June, they recommended an early transfer, which provided more than enough time to move through security and passport checkpoint.
