Maria was already waiting for us with a warm smile when we arrived — just the two of us — and she was perfectly punctual. From the very first moment, she was incredibly nice and welcoming. Her deep knowledge of Santorini was impressive as she shared rich cultural and historical insights throughout the day. Maria also took us to beautiful hidden spots and special viewpoints that aren’t on the usual tourist routes, making our experience feel truly unique and authentic. Our driver Tonya was excellent — safe, cheerful, and always on time, making the scenic transfers smooth and relaxing. George was our driver for the day. Instead of following the itinerary on the website we had booked for the 6 hour trip, he asked “what do you want to see today?” As first time visitors, we had no idea and thought he would take us places and narrate as a tour guide usually does. Nope. He dropped us off in Oia, drew a map and told us when to meet him. We went to a hilltop monastery and he walked off leaving us to look around and take pictures and he told us what time to meet him. I have no idea what we saw. I learned nothing. We didn’t visit the archaeological ruins that day because we said we didn’t want to go into museums and after the fact, we would have appreciated the history of the island’s past. You don’t get a choice of your driver for the day so it’s basically a coin toss whether you get someone who cares or is just there to drive you from place to place for 6 hours. It was oddly quiet in the vehicle for much of the trip. I left Santorini feeling let down. We did other private tours in other port stops on this cruise and had wonderful educated guides anxious for us to love their country as much as they do. That was not the case with George and this company that hired him and took our money.

Great experience, far exceeding our expectations. We saw/experienced everything we wanted to see in Santorini, from the ruins of Acroteri to tasting of the local wines. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Santorini.

We did a private custom tour to use our short visit to Santorini as good as possible. Santorini tours was very accommodating and friendly. This company does the tours it’s not an intermediary booking site. Stelios communicated very well and booking the trip was easy. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at our hotel in Oia at the end of the tour. Electra was a great guide who gave great information on Santorini and took pictures of us at several locations, and Tonia drove the car. Parking is tough there, so having both a driver and guide is the way to go, plus our baggage was in the car. They took us to the main sights where we took great pictures. They arranged the trip to beat the cruise crowds as much as possible. We had lunch at a black beach, hung out on the sunbeds for a bit and went for a swim which is something we had requested. We are very happy that we did this tour. The next morning Stelios picked us up and drove us to the port where we took the ferry.

We loved the tour and truly appreciated how quickly and clearly you communicated with us during the reservation process. Our guide was on time, and the whole experience felt very well-organized. I would definitely book with you again! The only thing I would suggest is choosing a different restaurant next time, as the one we visited wasn’t the best. That said, your overall service was 5-star

This tour is a great overview of Santorini! We had an incredible guide, George, who really maximized the limited time we had to spend on the island! He customized the tour to our interests & we saw all that we were hoping to see (& then some)! We will forever cherish the memory of the winery he took us to, which had the most beautiful view with delicious wine & food. On top of all that, he took some great pictures of my husband and I, & also got us treats at a bakery that we loved & we never would have picked them out for ourselves. Thank you, George, for a beautiful day in Santorini!
