En mulighed for at opleve nogle af Skotlands attraktioner på en endagstur: en bådtur på Loch Lomond, en virkelig uforglemmelig oplevelse på en af Skotlands største ferskvandssøer. 'Porten til højlandet', Stirling, er gennemsyret af historie med et travlt centrum fyldt med uafhængige butikker og caféer. Pollok Park ligger i udkanten af Glasgow, og hovedattraktionen her er den ikoniske 'behårede coos' (Highland Cows).
På vej til Falkirk vil vi tage dig til de højeste hestestatuer i verden, to legendariske skotske havheste kendt som 'Kelpies'. Med en vægt på 300 tons hver og 100 fod høje er de en ingeniørmæssig bedrift.
Næste på rejseplanen er Stirling, ofte omtalt som 'Porten til højlandet'. Stirling er en smuk by med et centrum med historiske gader og uafhængige butikker. Vi vurderer, at dit ophold her vil være omkring 90 minutter. Hvis du vælger at gøre det, kan vi tage dig til Stirling Castle og/eller Wallace-monumentet, mens du er i Stirling, men begge har en adgangsgebyr, hvis du beslutter dig for at besøge indenfor.
Doune Castle var med i tv-hitserien Outlander, det var Winterfell i Game of Thrones-piloten, og det var her det meste af Monty Python og den hellige gral blev filmet. Vi vil gøre et hurtigt stop her, hvis du er fan af nogen af disse shows for nogle billeder udenfor.

Luss er beliggende på bredden af Loch Lomond, denne fredede landsby har en utrolig udsigt over søen, maleriske historiske hytter med farverige haver og en 'hogback vikingegravsten' - en sjælden type vikingegravsten, der kun findes på de britiske øer.

Our guide, Gerry, was the best! He was flexible adjusting the itinerary around our favorite stops, and was so knowledgeable on interesting details about the towns and sights along the way. The car was so clean and comfortable! This was great value for money, because we were able to see multiple things all in one day on our schedule, with much less walking thanks to Gerry dropping us at entrances and being there waiting and ready to whisk us off to the next stop.
Jimmy was probably one of the best tour guides we have ever had! I’d give a higher rating than a 5 if I could. We had an amazing time and were able to see more than we expected. Jimmy was polite, very knowledgeable, passionate about his job and was very easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions and gave us history and knowledge at all of our stops. We all enjoyed our day tremendously. Fantastic experience! I highly recommend Jimmy as a top tier tour guide!

George was an excellent tour guide, full of stories about Scotland and very entertaining. He made sure we saw the sights we wanted to see and we skipped those that didn't interest us. We had a beautiful sunny day to enjoy Scotland's countryside. George was careful to get us back to our ship on time, especially with the rush hour traffic in Glasgow. This was my most favorite day on our 16 day trip in the British Isles! Before our trip, Joao was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. I gave him a list of things we wanted to see and he fit it all into a perfect day. We were assigned Taiymur as our guide and we were so lucky!! Taiymur was FANTASTIC and made our day so amazing. He was so prepared for everything we needed. He was the perfect mix of telling us things about the area and allowing quiet time for us to just enjoy the scenery. This guide has history and facts about the places he showed us. He scouted blarney castle gardens ahead of time to show us the most impressive features. Great guide, best option out there.
