Joanna was very knowledgeable and friendly - she gave us a lot of background history to Zürich - took us into a Jewish house with murals on the walls that had been covered over for many many years and only found once renovations started and now is open to the public - we loved every step we took - Thankyou and recommend Joanna to any one wanting a walking tour of Zurich

This was the best tour I have had in a while. Chris was so easy going, and the tour company reached out 2 days before to see what I wanted to get out of the tour and once they matched us with Chris he was helpful with recommendations on dinning and things to do from the day before! We learned so much about the history, culture and landmarks of Zurich that I can’t wait to go back. Chris also adjusted the meeting point to our hotel so from the first step he could point out famous landmarks, great grocery stores and restaurants so after the tour we could re-trace our steps. I can not recommend this tour more highly. It was a relatively inexpensive way to get to know Zurich in a meaningful manner and all the places Chris recommended were STELLAR!

Alessandro was a great host and offered a lovely introduction to the city. Our tour was entirely private and allowed for genuine conversation with our guide. He showed us a lot of the key sites and areas in Zurich that helped us feel more confident in exploring the city on our own. Really enjoyed this experience.

Zurich is a beautiful place, worth the trip. Art can be seen everywhere. Walk along the riverbank and side streets.
Booked a 1 hour tour. Was informed just beforehand that we were “upgraded” to a 2-hour tour and another group would be joining us. Well, we had dinner reservations and really weren’t interested in a 2-hour tour. And we never would have booked a non-private tour. We booked the private tour for a reason. I will never book through Viator again. They are awful. This is the 2nd time we were “double booked” for a private tour in just 7 days in Switzerland. Never again.
Dear Steven, Thank you fo sharing your feedback. We want to state that the experience you booked is not a private tour. It is a small-group walking experience with a maximum of 6 people in a group. If you wanted to have a private experience in Switzerland, then we have different experiences on offer as well. Therefore we feel that this review is not truly reflecting the truth about the situation. We would have wished to be able to talk to you in person to explain you that it was not a private experience rather than a private tour.
