My friends and I had an amazing experience! Our driver Leroy was friendly, accommodating, and responsive. He made sure we got to our tour of the falls and gardens quickly, searched for us after our excursion to ensure we would moved safely and efficiently to the shopping center and brought us to a recommended spot for Jamaican patties even though it was not on the original itinerary. Leroy was an incredible guide and should we ever visit Jamaica again we will be using Viator just to ride with him!

So much fun! Our driver was very informative and didn’t rush us at all and let us go to all the shops we wanted and even stopped at kfc for us. It was such a great experience I would highly recommend!

The tour guide was friendly and prompt! He showed us everywhere we wanted to go and waited patiently for us to finish shopping. I could not figure out where to meet the tour guide so I called the tour manager and he literally called me back in 3 seconds. Great people to work with !
