San Jose traffic was crazy, plus it rained, which slowed things down. There was road construction, and the timing of the day put us in rush hour and school bus issues. But the driver was great, the car was comfortable, just a long trip.
Sara was so wonderful in helping us book our transport last minute from San Jose to La Fortuna, she made the process very seamless, easy, and stress free. She was extremely kind, communicative and eager to help!
Alsama Tours was the perfect company for this trip especially since we didn’t know anyone in Costa Rica. They helped book all of our excursions and from those excursions they included transportation and dining whether that was breakfast lunch or dinner. I am forever grateful for Sara especially because she’s been helping me plan my trip and was really helping when it came to choose what specific excursions I wanted to do.

Our driver was so friendly, personable, and professional. He took us sightseeing on the way and recommended an amazing restaurant for us to stop and eat. He took his time and was a very safe driver. Definitely worth a 5 star rating!
