We purchased transportation from the hotel to airport. The driver was 20 minutes late picking us up. Did not acknowledge or apologize for being late.

A section of the Cancun Hotel Zone near your hotel is currently undergoing major renovations, and when it rains, the heavy machinery in that area creates significantly heavier traffic than usual. Although I monitored the situation through GPS at all times and adjusted the route as best as possible, the unexpected congestion still affected the estimated arrival time. I truly appreciate your understanding, and I remain committed to providing punctual and reliable service. Thank you once again for your trust, and I hope to have the opportunity to serve you under better conditions in the future
