On time with sign with name on it. Took us to Sousa first instead of puerto plata but he was nice and got us to the right resort.

The driver did take me to my resort safely, however, the person I was communicating with on WhatsApp was not the same person who picked me up, which I was not aware of, nor did he give me the name of the driver. Second, my husband had a family emergency at the last minute which prevented him from coming with me on the day of arrival. I asked the driver if he could pick my husband up for free the next day since we already paid for services. The driver called the owner and I explained that my husband's father was rushed to the hospital for heart surgery at the last minute and asked if he could pick him up for free the next day. He said yes. I then confirmed again and asked so you can pick him up free of charge, and again, he said yes. The next day, my husband tells me the driver charged him $40. I reached out to the owner, and he said he never said he would pick him up for free. I told him he did and it was not my fault he was so quick to say yes and thinking he was going to make money that he did not hear me properly, especially when I repeated myself twice. There was no language barrier either because he spoke English and he understood me clearly. He said what company offers services for free? I understand that, but I figured since I already paid for services and my husband had a family emergency, he would have compassion and understand. If he would have said no he couldn't do it for free, I then would have asked him how much because why would blindly agree to having him pick up my husband without knowing the price? My husband then said the driver didn't tell him the price until AFTER he dropped him off at the resort. What if he asked for $80? Why wouldn't he tell my husband the price when he first got in the van? At the end of the day, my husband had to get to the resort so paying extra wouldn't have been a problem, but the owner should have listened properly instead of being greedy and quickly saying yes just to make extra money.
You paid for a round-trip service, and we picked you up from the airport and took you to your hotel. Remember that our driver took a picture when he dropped you off in the lobby? You informed us that your husband was arriving the next day and asked if we could pick him up. We said yes, picked up your husband, and he paid $40, which is the cost of the service to drop him off at the hotel. Then you wrote to us saying that we shouldn't charge anything because, since we already had a round trip, this third service should be free. I told you that you couldn't do that, and you replied, "Well, I'm going to write a bad review for your company." We have photos of you when we dropped you off at the hotel and of your husband when we dropped him off at the hotel. We also have screenshots of our conversations as proof so that customers who read this bad review know that this woman only wanted free transportation. As I told you, no company in any country works for free.
Indicates in the description, water, rum and cola includes, but not anything available. The van was clean. The driver's there on arrival.
Bonjour Hélène, je suis un peu surpris d'apprendre que les boissons n'étaient pas incluses dans la navette, car elles sont comprises dans tous nos transferts. Cependant, pour moi, le client est roi. Je vous prie donc de bien vouloir accepter mes excuses et je vais me renseigner auprès de mon chauffeur afin de comprendre pourquoi vous n'avez pas reçu vos boissons.
Ismael’s driver was waiting for us when we arrived as promised. Christian very courteous and professional. They will be transporting us back to the airport soon. Good communication by owner before arrival.

Our flight was delayed, but Eddy waited for us. He was easy to locate, and he was Very friendly. He provided us with drinks and nice chatting.

Clean van they have good communication and the drivers are super cool. Even if you have to switch airports they will still come get you no matter how late as well. 10/10 service we had Sharlyn on the way back as our driver
