I called the company to book transportation to my hotel on short notice (a day in advance) the representative I spoke with was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She advised me of the next steps, send a message via What's with the name of the driver and a picture of the sign the driver would be holding. The driver was on time, friendly, and helped with our luggage at the airport on hotel. He was grateful for the tip. My driver back to the airport was just as pleasant and on time. The company kept me informed in confirmed times and dates while in Costa Rica via WhatsApp which made extremely convenient. I'm going a trip to Belize in December and will be using the same company for my transportation.

Driver was waiting outside the airport. He was very nice and polite. The drive from the airport to the resort was about 35-40 minutes. It was a smooth ride. Van was air conditioned and clean

I was recommended by a friend who had traveled several times with this company and I decided to take the transportation from Liberia Airport to Planet Hollywood and from Planet Hollywood to the airport. Everything was excellent from the moment of booking, the driver was very kind and gave us some water, he took us to the handicraft store and gave us time to take pictures.
