The driver was pleasant and spoke a little english, however, he had me standing around waiting for 20 minutes after landing. Not exactly how i had envisioned the pick up, with so many taxi hawkers yelling at me. The vehicle was not as pictured, acceptable, but aain, not what I had envisioned.

Our arranged trip through Viator went flawlessly with Palomina Taxi. The owner Alex helped us add an additional stop for our trip and was extremely responsive via WhatsApp to make sure that everything was going smoothly. Our driver Yoban was on time, meeting us at the airport with my name on a sign. He was very friendly and courteous and helped us with our luggage. We had to make a short stop in Cusco, where he parked the car and walked me to my destination. I highly recommend Palomina Taxi and they went out of their way to take care of us after a full day of air travel.

Our driver was excellent. Our flight was delayed but our driver waited for us, had a placard with our name, and took us to our hotel in Urubamba. He showed us points of interest along the way as well.

We booked a private transfer from Cusco airport. Service was flawless. Communication with the Palomino team was very responsive at any time (also from a European). Driver was on time, easy to find and very polite and friendly. Car was super clean even the kids got some sweets. I highly recommend Palomino Tours.

Outstanding service and experience. We’re blessed to have Alex’s coordination and John Edison’s skilful and trusted transportation.
