Our driver was super nice. However, the van was extremely run down. Not even a radio. The picture made it seem like you’d be in a nice vehicle. Definitely could have just did the shared vehicle for less.
This transfer service was extraordinary!!! Mary and Raul were so friendly and welcoming. The entire trip to and from Chiquila was perfect. They had refreshments and snacks for us exactly as we requested. They were a wealth of information about the area, history and things to see and do. We will be back and we would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Mary and Raul are amazing! They are prompt, courteous, and provide great communication throughout. I highly recommend them and 100% will book again when in Mexico. I can't praise them enough!
We had a private van transfer organized to pick us up at Cancun Airport and take us to the Holbox Ferry in Chiquila. They were very responsive and helpful on WhatsApp when our plane was delayed and the driver was waiting for us and got us straight to the ferry and dropped us right where we needed to buy our tickets. The van was very clean and comfortable and the driver was polite. Excellent service!

The communication at the airport was good. We went outside and waited for the driver. The driver came in the van and we loaded up, ready to drive to Chiquila. It was a little disconcerting for the van to pull off the road after about 10 minutes to stop at a gas station. The driver told us to get out and that a new driver in a car would take us the rest of the way. He put our bags in a car and left. We asked the new driver his name and texted the company to confirm that we were switching drivers. It took about 10 minutes to get a reply that yes, that was the plan. It wasn't a problem but a heads up would have been appreciated. Also, I didn't expect to have to pay for the toll road. I think for $175, that should have been included.
We booked round trip transportation from Cancun Airport to Chiquila so that we could spend a week in Holbox. The Nativos team responded quickly to my initial request, and the booking process was easy. They had good communication throughout, and Raul was a great driver. We would definitely recommend and would book them again for our next trip!

We had a great experience with Nativos and would highly recommend hiring them. They communicated great, were proactive, and helped us plan our trip. We flew in in the evening and were worried about making it to chiquila in time for the last ferry. They manged everything perfectly to get us there on time, despite some traffic back ups. They dropped us right at the ferry ticket office, making things so simple for us. On our way home, they also helped us plan everything perfectly so we were on time for our flight while still being able to enjoy our last morning on Holbox. The owners are kind, thoughtful and go out of their way to make us feel appreciated.
