Reuben our driver was excellent! He was there waiting as we disembarked from our cruise and the vehicle we needed was more than sufficient for a party of 8. Thank you for your excellent service!!
On time. A little expensive for the short trip from our hotel to the cruise terminal. Otherwise, on time.
After many tears of satisfaction with Viator, this is my first negative review. It was a simple transfer from our hotel to a cruise ship. We requested a large vehicle to accommodate luggage and a mobility scooter. The car was too small and we had luggage on our laps. The driver did not speak any English Finally, the price was unreasonable. It turns out that it was a 5 minute drive to the port. The price we paid was 4-5 times higher than a taxi. And they have large size taxi’s available as well All in all, I do not recommend this transfer service.
Poor service. Our taxi could not find the pick up spot. We called the two phone numbers 5-6 times at 11 am. No answer. Will never use Viator ever again.
Dear Patrick, if you have filled in the wrong hotel name we can't know it. We were at the place and time indicated and sent you a photo from there. I think that sometimes you have to know how to accept your mistakes.
The tour operator kept us informed via email on time of pickup and where to meet at the cruise terminal. We had no issues finding the representative. This was booked through Viator
worst experience in all of our travels. The driver never gave her name. She was 30 minutes late and spoke no english and our spanish is middle school level. She yelled at other drivers on the way. She forcefully told us to get out of the car on the curb of a large road (with all of our cruise luggage). There were no other people, no cruise workers, no taxis around. I was very afraid. I refused to get out of the car and she started yelling and yelling. She then called someone and kept yelling at us in spanish. We were close to the domestic airport - I told her to take us there. She was very very angry and did not want to do it -- she wanted us to get out of the car. I finally convinced her to take us to the domestic airport (about 3/4 of a mile). We ended up getting out at the airport and taking a taxi to the port. It was a very bizarre and disconcerting experience. We have taken taxis and cars around the world and never had anything like this.
The gentleman who picked us up was early, was worried that his vehicle, a Peugeot SUV, was not going to accommodate luggage for 4 adults but it was no issue. He was very accommodating, got us to the alternate port due to the recent storm damage to the cruise port, could not be happier with the service!
We were picked up on time and the vehicle was large enough to accommodate all our luggage. The transfer went smoothly and our driver navigated the traffic easily and safely.
This gets 2 stars because we technically got dropped off at the cruise terminal. The driver arrived 15 min late. The car was so small it couldn’t hold 3 suitcases and we had to hold luggage in our lap. The car stunk of cigarette smoke making our clothes smell. The driver was not super friendly. Also, you can take a taxi for $10. Overall, I would not recommend.
Van was not Large enough to handle 4 pass and our luggage. We had luggage on our laps. Viator hired the wrong vehicle. Driver Did not Speak English and Tried to leave us at the MSC cruise port instead of Norwegian we didn't let her. Everything workout
