Transport arrived a few minutes before scheduled pickup. Modern vehicle, clean and professional driver. Price was slightly lesser than other similar services on Viator. Would highly recommend!
The driver communicated at midnight the day of the transfer, which is a little late in my opinion. When I asked to be picked up 30 minutes early, he didn’t respond to hours. When I tried to call, he wouldn’t pick up. I’m not sure if it was because he couldn’t speak English, but there seemed to be no effort. It took 2 hrs to get to the airport and he seemed a little lost at times. The van was also extremely cold and uncomfortable. Not sure I would book with this company again.
The driver text us night before to confirm. We find the awesome because we know our ride is coming the next day. He was early & asked if we are ready if yes he is in front of the hotel 👍. He makes sure he picked up correct parties he asked us to confirm. Dropped us in front of our airline. Love this ride with no worries. Thank you!
Great communication all along. Courteous and patient driver (Mr. Park: 5-star). Clean vehicle. We use private transfers every time we travel to Japan and we are used to be picked up in an Alphard. This one was not an Alphard, so the seats are not comfortable or adjustable. The Viator picture shows an Alphard but the pickup was a regular van (see attached). Other than that, it's all good. I'd recommend this service to groups who don't care what car it is, but to those who expect to be picked up in a similar car as picture, I cannot recommend it.
Dear customer, Due to the peak season, we are in a short a Alphard availability. So we just can use the Hiace vehicle to pick you up. If we cause some bad experience, we are so sorry for this. Best Regards.
We booked a ride to Narita from Tokyo for a family of 5. Driver arrived for pickup 15 min early. Vehicle was an adequate size and was clean. Smooth ride to the airport. Professional service, I would book again!

Very smooth experience. Good quality and very clean car. Very polite and professional dirver who arrived earlier than planned. Overall a second great experience with Viator in Tokyo.
There came a different driver than the one I had been told on whatsapp. The driver knew nothing English, so we couldn't talk together. But she seemed nice and we came smoothly to the airport on time.
