Booked this transfer the day before arrival because Princess said the Barcelona port had few taxis, which had been our original transportation plan. Our private driver arrived (in a taxi) 20 minutes later than scheduled and the price was easily double what a taxi from the cab line would have cost. The driver was polite and personable and kept us apprised of his location and delayed arrival time via WhatsApp. But if I hadn't had the app on my phone, we would have been left in the dark. FYI: there were plenty of taxis at the port and would recommend taking one if you are just going to a downtown hotel, as we were.

I am still waiting for my refund. Your car had an accident and you sent a taxi to pick us up. I had to pay cash to the taxi driver and he told me you would refund my original payment.

I pre arranged the private transfer from the cruise terminal A in the Barcelona cruise port. The driver communicated with the pick up information around 9am and our pick up time was 9:30am. We waited 15 minutes outside the gate. The driver held my name sign and came to pick us up. He was very polite and drove safely.

Easy to book. On the day of pick up at the port the driver called us when he was on his way and stayed in touch so we were able to find him amongst the chaos of the disembarkation of a cruise ship.

Had not used service before, so was a little anxious. Everything worked out great and ride was comfortable and uneventful.

The experience was very professional. There was contact very early. I never had to wonder if they would pick me up on time and where they would be. Getting off the cruise ship took longer than expected but they were so patient. The driver also made his services available to get us to the airport the next day which we really appreciated. We were vey happy no issues.

This is for my pickup in the Port of Barcelona. It was the worst private pickup I have ever experienced. The viator listing stated that a driver would show up with a sign with my name on it. I even texted the operator a few days before the ship arrived to let him know which terminal I will be arriving. They acknowledged the text. On the day of ship arrival, the driver asked me what terminal I will be in. I told him again. I asked him if he will have a sign up with my name on it. He said “No. We don’t have signs, because there is too many people.” I have been to the Port of Barcelona before. And I have used pickup service with signs, BECAUSE there is too many people and I need to find my driver. When the driver did arrive, it turned out to be a FreeNow taxi service and he told us to walk to the “last taxi” in the taxi rank. I showed my frustration with him, and he proceeded to yell at me and said, “some people are never happy.” Considering that I paid $75 US for this “private car,” I would like a refund. This is first time ever that I have made a public complaint like this. The customer service with this operator is bad. I hope Viator doesn’t use this operator again. If I could give 0 star, I would.

Coming off a cruise ship after 2 weeks, you don't want to have to worry about getting to your next stop. We had a tour lined up later in the morning, and booking this private transport made it easy to get to the hotel, get our bags checked in and on our way in time to make our tour. Our driver was great, and he helped us pack the loads of luggage we had and the five of us. The van had enough room to fit it all. The only thing I would have done differently is schedule an earlier pick up. I didn't realize it was going to be so easy to get off the ship so we were waiting a little longer since we we were ready to go sooner than expected.
