Booked a transfer; received a taxi. I could have ordered a taxi and paid less. No WiFi and no water offered in the taxi; per the description of things included with my purchase.

Basically is a taxi- the car was actually a taxi car. Driver was very nice and spoke very good English. We had to change pick up time due to flight delay and this was done without difficulty.

Right in the heart where its happening. Not far to any attraction or places to eat. Great staff very helpful. Large kin bed rm with piv. pool was great.

Pick up at our hotel was on time. It was important to get to the airport, to avoid the scheduled protests and the arrival of the Pope to Barcelona that day. Driver informed us about the events of the day and pointed out a few views on the way to the airport. Great ride with few cars on the freeway.

Far from a private transfer in a comfortable vehicle. It was simply a small taxi, no water or wifi as advertised. In fact it was 15 dollars more than if I just grabbed an Uber instead.
Sorry to hear about your experience. A private transfer means the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group, with no other passengers sharing the ride. We also provide complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi in our vehicles. As your transfer was only about 2 minutes long, the driver may not have had the opportunity to offer these amenities. However, they would have been available upon request. Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this.
Arrived on time for travel to airport. Was very courteous and helped with our luggage. Vehicle was roomy and clean. Enjoyable ride from start to finish.
