On time and a pleasant experience. We were early for our flight and made a stop at a souvenir shop. The driver courteously asked us if we wanted to make a quick stop. It was a pleasant ride.

don’t book with these people. they knew my flight was landing at 1:30pm . when i landed i asked around and couldn’t find my name or the driver for 30min so i end up taking another cab.Once i requested for help through viator i talked to the person in charge of this and they said the driver was there which was 1hr later . tried to get my refund but they seem to not care because the driver was there even though he was an hour late.

I booked this private transportation to avoid being on a bus that stopped at various resorts to drop off other passengers in hopes of getting to the resort faster. When I have used private transfers before, it was seamless, someone was always waiting outside of the airport entrance with my name on a piece of paper. This did not happen this time, I actually had airport, Sunwing, and other staff members try to locate this driver, and I ended up on the damn bus anyway, and lost money in the process because I pre-paid, so I will not recommend this company nor will I ever even think about using them again.

The driver was 25 minutes late and then was driving recklessly to make sure we made our flight. I called several times to get and ETA for the driver and he would pickup and say he’s on his way and hang up. Not what I expected considering I used the same company coming to to DR and had no issue beside waiting for the driver to arrive.

The driver we excellent, clean car, good conversation. The only negative was having to wait 15 minutes in the hot sun for him to arrive.

We received a message the night before pick up. The driver introduced himself to us, sent us a picture of him, told us which logo to look for, and said he will be waiting for us outside when we land. All of this was sent in WhatsApp. Well to my surprise we landed and he’s no where to be found. We were standing there looking lost while a lot of different people kept coming up to us asking if we needed a ride. Eventually he messages us back stating another driver will be there in 20mins. And to meet the driver in a completely different location. So we had no choice but to wait while he constantly bombarded by more people asking if we needed a ride. My advice is to pay a little extra money and get more reliable transportation. I would not recommend.

Our flight was delayed so I wasn’t sure if our original driver left. I texted the number of the driver. Some other guys at the airport also helped us contact the company while trying to sell us their excursions as well lol. It seems that Oasis Punta Cana and Elife (others thinks it’s “Elite”) work together. Eventually we had Jose pick us up in an older van. It was fine, we were all tired, hungry and hot and just want to get to the hotel. Jose was very informative and gave us a great tour on our way to the resort. He pointed out landmarks, businesses, developments, etc. and I appreciate the info.

Very economical and spacious ride for our family of four. They did contact me to pay extra $8 which is confusing. It seems they use different companies/drivers to transport. So the type of vehicle you get is not consistent. Both of our drivers were friendly and polite.
