This was my first visit to Rio so I wanted to do a lot of touristy things which Luis happily made happen. He also worked in a few of his favorite local spots ad hoc which were absolutely delightful. He was communicative, punctual, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, pleasant, ... the list goes on. Highly recommend Luis for custom/private tours and airport transfers!
Incredibly informative, interesting and professional transfer. Luis gave us the best overview of Rio and the best recommendations. Our trip in Rio was a massive success in part to Luis! We used him for a transfer on the way home and will definitely do future tours with him when we come back. Best transfer in Rio!
Words alone can not describe how awesome Louis was. He communicated with me prior to our arrival in Brazil via WhatsApp and was waiting for us when we arrived. During our ride to the resort he pointed out several landmarks and shared some of Brazil's history with us. He asked what we were interested in seeing and doing while in Brazil and provided us with several recommendations for attractions and restaurants to try. Louis also offers tour excursions, but I had pre-booked many of our excursions before arriving in Brazil, but I honestly wish I had waited and booked those excursions with Louis instead. When it was time to depart, Louis picked us up from the hotel, but communicated with me via WhatsApp the day before. Our ride back to the airport was just as pleasant as our ride to the hotel. The car was clean, our ride was comfortable and our luggage fit perfectly. I was traveling with my husband and daughter on this trip (3 large suitcases).
Louis is Amazing. He communicated with me via WhatsApp prior to our trip and was warm and welcoming when we arrived. He was waiting for us with a sign when we arrived. Once we got our luggage and headed to the hotel Louis shared lots about Rio from the history, culture, pointed out areas and attractions as we drove by. He gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I had pre-booked several excursions and Louis was familiar with most of the tour companies and gave us lots of great tips like things to expect, things we would see and should keep an eye out for (ex: monkeys hanging out at Christ The Redeemer). Our return transfer was just as enjoyable. We shared our adventures on the ride to the airport. He seemed excited to hear about our visit. I highly recommend Louis. He provided A++++++ Service.
