We had a great ride from Hiroshima Airport to our AirB&B. Our driver communicated early, even sent me a photo of himself. Helped us with some luggage and is an excellent driver.

The driver communicated in advance with us as our plane landed. The vehicle was very clean and had alot of room . Very relaxing rife to our hotel.

Linkai was a very good and patient driver. Our flight was delayed our departure to Hiroshima took even longer as I use a wheel chair and the accessible route to the taxi pick up area at HIJ is very circuitous. Through it all Linkai was the perfect host. H

The company that Viator booked never reached out to confirm pick up. Had to chat with Viator (which was great. I'm reviewing the actual driving company, NOT Viator.) The driving company told us they were having technical difficulties and to wait for a couple of hours! Thank God this little airport has a shuttle bus that takes you to central locations in Hiroshima.

The airport is a good distance from Hiroshima, our 2 vans took care of our party of 10. The drive was safe, comfortable and quick. Much better than taking the bus, since our vans dropped us off right to the hotel.

Very comfortable ride, the driver also supplied coffee for our journey. My only concern is the price was very high and a booking from the hotel would’ve saved about 50%.
