This was a great experience all the way around. I used the chat to make sure to get the exact vehicle I needed for 6 travelers with 2 large suitcases each. We were met in the terminal by a rep with my name on a sign, who then guided us to our very comfortable van. The rude from São Paulo to Santos was just about 2 hours but very relaxing!!

Exceptional service! We were picked up and made the 2 hr drive to our hotel in a comfortable and clean vehicle. Driver had no issues and drive safely, I thoudght I had left an article in the car and the company promptly followed up with me.

William did an excellent job! He was on time for our pickup. He was courteous, professional, kind and patient. He provided cold water bottles, snacks, charging for our devices and free WiFi. The ride was comfortable and he drove extremely well. William went above and beyond by insisting on waiting in the hotel lobby with us to make sure our reservation was confirmed instead of just dropping us off and leaving. This was our first time visiting Brazil and he made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend William!

As a Travel Advisor this was my first experience using this service for my own personal services, and it exceeded my expectations. As an international traveler, I requested an English-speaking driver, and the company accommodated this request without issue. In fact, they provided us with an exceptional driver. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Upon exiting the airport, we were immediately greeted by the meet-and-greet representative, who directed us to the designated pickup area. Our driver, Mr. Roberto Correia, was outstanding. He was professional, personable, and ensured that we were comfortable throughout the entire transfer. If you are planning on traveling to São Paulo, Brazil and require private services, I highly recommend requesting Mr. Correia . His service was exemplary! I will definitely use this service for my clients European trip.
By setting up this transfer it eliminated the worry of getting from the airport to our hotel in a foreign county where we had some language barriers. Once we received our luggage from baggage claim, a person holding a sign with our name was waiting for us to take us to our driver.
If I could give 100 ⭐️ I would! My driver Thiago was simply AMAZING and superb professional! He arrived early and made sure that I was comfortable and arrived safely to each destination.
