the driver was supposed to wait at the airport for up to 60 minutes. When we arrived the driver was not there and claimed he had left because flight was delayed. It was but only by 20 minutes. I had to call the driver and it took another 20 minutes for him to arrive. Not the travel we had paid for, especially when there are taxi's at the airport which do the same journey as 25% of the cost of this service. we would never use this ser vice again but instead use local airport taxi or UBER , far cheaper and more reliable.

This was essentially someone who just called a taxi for you with I'm assuming is a markup. The communication while timely wasn't clear- the first taxi driver tried to call me as i was juggling bags and dismissed the ride within seconds as I was walking to him. He was rude when I finally found him blaming me. I contacted the service again and was assigned a driver who was on the other end of the pickup space, so hauled bags there and he drove without any problems, it would have been easier to stand in line for a taxi on my own.

Don’t book through these. They just don’t turn up. Company based in Las Vegas for Norwegian transfer! Righto - should’ve known. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The reservation process was easy, and confirmations followed fairly quickly. Driver was courteous and professional.

I used it to get from the airport to the city and back. We were very grateful for both of them to pick us up, especially the airport, where we were able to pick up our hotel exactly at the requested time, even though it was early in the morning. The driving was very careful and I was very relieved. If there is another opportunity, I will make a reservation.
