Flawless experience from booking to drop off and beyond.
I had booked a transfer through an online platform, but just one hour before the scheduled time, their customer service informed me they couldn’t accommodate the service. In a rush, I searched for providers in Crete and came across Mr. George. Despite all his vehicles being on duty, he went out of his way to find me a last-minute luxury car. Truly impressed by his quick response and professionalism. Highly recommended!
The best transfer ive had from the airport ever. Our driver was good spirit and very pleasant. We had a nice chat from start to Finnish. We also added him to our WhatsApp so it was easier to get taxi to use for excursions. VERY satisfied indeed.
I found Route C travel through google after looking for an airport transfer in Crete. I came across this company and made contact with the company to arrange a potential transfer from Heraklion Airport to our hotel some 50 minutes away. From the start of the communication with Route C, especially George, I was very impressed by the prompt communication when we I had any questions about the transfer. The costs that were quoted were very competitive and very good compared to other companies. George arrived promptly at the airport on our arrival day in a luxury, comfortable mode of transport. Car seats were requested and were present in the vehicle which was fantastic. The whole process and dealings with George were second to none and we would certainly recommend him to others if you are travelling into Crete. Thank you George, whenever we come back to Crete, we will certainly be using you again. 😃
