Our team contacted you two hours before the scheduled pickup time, and you informed us that you had booked with another company. Despite this, our team continued trying to reach you several times, but you ignored our messages, even though all arrangements for your transfer had already been fully organized. In addition, the vehicle was already at the pickup location before the scheduled time, and we have all the evidence and conversation records clearly proving this. If there had been any mistake from our side, Viator would have refunded you directly according to their customer protection policies. Therefore, the statements mentioned in this review do not reflect what actually happened.
