Afhentningssteder og tider
Ankomst afhentning: Føreren vil holde et skilt med dit navn på "ankomst hall exit belt" (glass dør exit belt) tættest på den udpegede bagage bælte på dit fly. Vi vil følge din flyvningens faktiske landingstid og vente op til 75 minutter fra landingstiden. Men hvis du ønsker at anmode om en særlig afhentning tid eller udforske i lufthavnen, bedes du informere os på forhånd inden din ankomstdato. Afgang: Afhent alle kunder før flyets ankomsttidspunkt eller 4 timer før afgang til lufthavnen.

- Vigtigt: Spædbørn og børn skal medtages i antallet af passagerer
- Der opkræves et ekstra gebyr på 10 SGD for hver ekstra drop off eller pick up stop, der skal betales kontant direkte til chaufføren
- Hvis du ikke er kontaktbar efter ventetiden, vil det blive betragtet som "ingen show". Chaufføren forlader stedet, og der udstedes ingen refusion.

- Hver passager er tilladt et stort og et lille stykke bagage. For hvert stykke bagage, der transporteres ud over standardgrænsen, opkræves et gebyr på SGd15 pr. bagage.

Excellent service! It was easy to meet our driver and he loaded our luggage onto the van. It was nice to have a van where we could fit a family of 7 plus all our luggage.

My daughter and I were travelling to Singapore. Our driver was waiting for us in the arrivals area after we collected our luggage with a clearly marked sign with my name. A lovely man who showed us to his vehicle which was similar to a passenger transit van which had so much room for our luggage and air conditioning. He drove us to the lobby of our hotel. So effortless !!!!
