Very professional, on time, attentive and friendly
The pick up from the airport was fine but we paid for round trip and the round trip info never turned up. The day before we were leaving I was like hey so you coming still? No response. Do it again and they couldn't find the reservation and needed all my info again. Did not instill confidence. Final confirmation was that morning.. would not use again.

Great transportation! Make sure to read the instructions and reach out to the company via whatsapp prior to departure or arrival. They are friendly and reliable. Arrived on time for both pick up of my trip, offered to take us to a store if needed, and maintained communication. Overall a perfect private transfer that’ll get you where you need quickly without having to wait for any other passengers.

I had a reservation for a transfer from Punta Cana airport to a Riu hotel located in Bávaro, and even though I followed the protocol completely, they did NOT SHOW UP. On the day of the reservation, I contacted them via WhatsApp, and it was the only time they said "hello." The day before, I contacted them and they did not respond despite the times I wrote to them and it was clear they were reading the messages. On the day of the flight, I wrote to them from the airport to keep them informed that the flight was leaving on time, but I also received no response. As one can imagine, when I arrived, there was no one waiting. This is not a serious company; at the very least, if they did not want to come, they should have informed me. When I complained to Booking, they sent me the email that this company sends to Booking stating that they could not refund the money because I had made the reservation incorrectly. They claimed that my hotel was in another area, which is completely false. They make up any story just to avoid refunding the money. It is very easy to run a business like this; they charge you and do not provide the service, and when it comes time to complain, they invent anything. Since I came from Spain, I took out insurance and therefore I filed a claim, and being a frequent customer of Booking, I claimed again, demonstrating the facts and screenshots, and in the end, Booking refunded me. But be very careful so that this does not happen to you.
I booked through TripAdvisor for a return flight to the airport, input all of my flight information including desired pickup time and location. The automated response, I'm assuming from the company, was tailored to an airport pickup. The information on the booking provided the phone number for the hotel, not the provider, in the booking summary. Five minutes after our requested pickup time passed I called the number on the summary, heard it was for the hotel and went back to the booking to see if I got scammed or there was something else available to contact the company. There was an option to contact the provider at the very bottom. I called the number and was basically told that I didn't call or text my pickup time, even though all of this information was provided in the booking, required by TripAdvisor. The person requested me to send the information for my booking to the number, which I did. Clear direction still wasn't provided on what the next steps were because of the blame game attempts, I didn't engage in them because I paid for and needed the ride. However, he told me they were still coming. I thought it would take another 20 minutes or so, but he came to the hotel fairly quickly, which was pleasantly surprising. Johnathan got us to the airport pretty quickly and comfortably. I would say that if you are advertising your services on TripAdvisor and they aren't relaying the information that they collect from the guests appropriately, you should be reaching out, and ensuring that your information is available on the actual booking.
