The driver was waiting when we got off and brought us to the hotel safely. Even though it was just my husband and I, it was a large van.

Our driver, Martin, was waiting for us as soon as we collected our baggage and had texted us that he was there. He dropped us off at our hotel which was on one of those cobblestone roads where typically Ubers, taxis, etc would drop you off a short block away, meaning you would have to drag your luggage the rest of the way. After checking into our hotel and waiting awhile until our room was ready, we realized we left a carry on in the back seat of Martin’s car. It was the carry on that contained essential medication so we were in a bit of panic mode. I texted Martin immediately, not even sure he would return my text. He not only responded but drove all the way back to our hotel to deliver our bag. We feel that was above and beyond and thank him for virtually saving our vacation.

He was waiting with a card with our name. Easy! He gave advice when we asked. Helped with bags. Perfect experience!

I had the best possible experience with Prague airport transfer. We were two families 4 adults + 3 children and rented a van with 3 booster seats. I had my doubts when booking which is why I chose to pay directly to the driver by card. The driver sent me WhatsApp message introducing himself and letting me know he’s waiting. The passport control took almost 2 hours, and the driver was waiting for us the whole time. After we finally went through all airport procedures, he picked us up and we didn’t pay anything additional for the 2 hours waiting. We booked the same option for the way back to the airport and had the same excellent service. I highly recommend it!

Great experience, they were there on time waiting with my name sign. The car was clean and lot of room for 3 passengers but luggage room was tight. For 3 passengers you would assume minimum 1 large and 1 carry on for total of 6 pieces which would not fit in that car. Fortunately we had only 4 pieces and they were able to fit in the trunk.

Booked this private transfer in order to have a car seat for my baby. Vehicle was a slightly run down van. Baby carseat was plonked down in back seat, had to ask driver to please install it for us which he did but it was completely loose and not at all secure, extremely pointless and not at all safe for my baby, would’ve been safer just having him in the frontpack. Also took 50 mins to drive 20km as so much traffic, baby was screaming. Would not recommend.

Excellent service, good prices and fantastic city to visit. The transfer pick ups were on time, the driver could not be more courteous, had a fantastic knowledge of the city and gave some excellent advice on the journey both to the hotel and pick up back to the airport. Would highly recommend them.

We used Prague Airport Transfer for both our arrival and departure. Our arrival flight was severely delay, yet on our arrival we were met by a friendly and welcoming driver who promptly took us to the city centre. On our departure the driver contacted us by phone to locate us as he couldn't drive to the apartment entrance, met us on foot and helped carry pour bags. During the journey he update us with flight details at the airport and which desk number to go to check our bags in.

Excellent service from Rene & Joseph. Would definitely use this company again. Kept up to date with messages from the driver when needed. Really reassuring. Comfortable & clean cars. Also given a Guide of Prague. 10/10. Thank you for making the travel ti & from. The airport as easy as possible.

Had a transport from Prague airport to our hotel in the center of Prague Driver was very good polite and kind. Overall expirence was good. Just have in mind that almost everywhere in Prague they ask for a tip
