We used Viator to arrange a driver to pick us up from a river cruise dock in Nuremberg, Germany, to drive us to the airport in Munich, Germany. Our driver was english speaking and we were able to communicate with him via WhatsApp before he arrived to pick us up. He showed up on time. He had a little trouble finding us on the dock but was able to share his location and we shared our location (via WhatsApp) and he found us. Despite the little hiccup, he still arrived exactly at the time we were told he would arrive!! Very safe drive to Munich and we enjoyed our conversations with him along the way. Our driver was Daniel. I would definitely use Viator again. The ability to communicate with them via WhatsApp in the days beforehand made me feel much more comfortable that the driver would be there to pick us up.

Our driver was great! I was very happy that I could communicate with him via WhatsApp. There was a little hiccup with him finding our location to pick us up because we were being picked up from a river cruise dock, but he was able to share his location and we shared our location (via WhatsApp) and he was able to find us. He wasn't very far, just needed to move about half a mile further down the dock. Great converstions with him during our 2 hour drive.
