I went to the area I was told to get picked up & the driver was not there. I then called directly to get help & I was on hold for 10 minutes & then was hung up on & had to pay for an uber. Terrible experience
The worst Service you can hire, I do not recommend it at all. We hire an Airport Pickup Service, not with a specific time, but with the flight number, we are a family of 11 people, including a 1 year old baby and that is why we like to hire our transfers in advance. First, the Service we requested did not arrive, which was a mini bus where we would all go together. But worse, our bags took an hour, but we kept in touch with the driver all the time and when we met, one of the drivers had already left and the other told us that he was taking us for an extra 60 euros (a Service for which we had already paid 100 euros), but that we still did not fit all in his car. Besides, when we called the driver RODRIGO MARTIN VILLAR NAVARRO was super rude and threw us the phone.
The driver was very pleasant and the ride was smooth. However the ride was late. We had arranged for 9:00 AM and the driver arrived between 9:15 and 9:20. And there was no call to inform informed us of late arrival.
Our flight left one hour late and I sent an email to notify driver. No response. Upon arrival to our destination the driver did not pick us up. When I called him he said he waited too long. We had to take alternate transportation. Requested a refund but have not heard from them .
The operator did not give me details as to where he was going to pick me up until our plane landed and I was waiting in the immigration/customs section. That’s when he called, unfortunately I had to ignore the call as phone calls were strictly prohibited in the area. He texted to meet him in the “departure” gate 13, I was told by the airport information desk that departure is upstairs. I went to the departure area and found out that gate 13 did not exist. I was told by another airport employee that gate 13 is downstairs. Retraced my steps found gate 13 and the driver nowhere to be found. I had to call him to tell him we were at said gate and he showed up. Everything was done very unprofessionally and haphazardly. I envy the others who were picked up at the gate with their names or destination on a card held by their operators. Never again, next time wait in line for the taxi.

I booked Coyoacan for a “meet and greet” transfer through Jayride. The booking confirmation stated: “driver waits at exit with sign”. On arrival, my wife and I left our plane which arrived on schedule at Madrid at 1.25pm, collected our luggage and exited into the arrivals hall. There were many drivers at the exit holding signs but no-one for us. We waited for some time, searching in vain among the drivers for a sign with my name, then caught a taxi to our hotel in Madrid. Later, after 3pm, I received 3 calls from the driver. The line dropped out each time but the call times are recorded in my phone. When contacted re a refund, Coyoacan said that as the driver tried to call me, I was a “no show” - yet his calls were well after our arrival. The driver was not at the exit as arranged. Coyoacan claims he attended. Beware.

We were expecting a kind of limousine, but we got a normal car. It was not clear if we also booked the transfer from the hotel to the airport.

The driver leave me waiting 25 minutes in front of a meeting point that was not the correct, he was not in the exit. After that he did not help me with the luggage. He couldn’t find the right way to my hotel, so he left me in a square, it was raining and I had to walk IN THE RAIN with my luggage and backpack after a 11 hours flight. Terrible. Driver Nelson Monzon. After that I called the client service and they were rude and verry offensive to me. DONT TAKE THIS COMPANY. DONT TAKE THIS DRIVER.
Good afternoon, we are very sorry for your unpleasant experience, your driver was at our meeting point inside the terminal, so I could not locate him and when he left him he could not leave him at the door of his hotel because it is a pedestrian street and it is prohibited by the police authorities to enter there, however we want to compensate your experience and we will offer you a free transfer on your future visit to Madrid in which you can better value our services, thank you very much.
The instructions on where to meet were very clear and the driver was there to help and take me to my destination. The Viator reservation form needs to be fixed as it was difficult to book just a 1 way service. Also it was impossible to enter the destination address on the booking request form - that needs to be fixed too. Otherwise the service was prompt and professional, will use the company again.
