Owner communicated well with me. He made a change for me as requested. Pick up went very smooth in crowded cruise disembarkation traffic and delivered us in traffic to the airport early.

Arrived Auckland, NZ via cruise ship and needed transport to Airport. For three persons, cruise ship transport was roughly the same cost but on a bus with maybe 40 other folks for whom we'd have to wait, and then load luggage, unload at airport, etc. This was much more convenient for about the same price.

Driver waiting with sign with my name. Excellent driver. Our flight was delayed, so he gave us a little more of a scenic route and some history, etc.

Shuttle operator was a no show by 9.30am (booking was for 9am) had to find alternate transport to Auckland international airport
Our apologies we were not able to provide you with service. Have refunded you. Driver was at Queens Wharf with a name board and called the number provided on the booking. Mobile number provided was your travel agents number. He answered the phone and was not helpful at all. He should have given your mobile number on the booking for communication because you are travelling not him. This would made it easy for both of us. My apologies again
Auckland cruise terminal is rather chaotic and confusing. We ordered a private car for the 2 of us. Shine Tours were great, responding quickly to any calls or texts to put our minds at ease. Our driver phoned 20 mins before the appointed time to check in with us. As it was, we were off the ship earlier than expected. He worked out where we were waiting and found us (that in itself was amazing in the crowd of people everywhere). Kept in contact all the time. The car was spotless, the driver friendly, and the drive to the airport very pleasant. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again when in NZ.
