Our driver was in communication with us the entire time and was very patient and helpful when we had trouble finding her after exiting the airport.

Choosing to book this private transfer from Haneda to our hotel was such a great decision! Before we got off the plane, Ota had already texted me to make sure and let him know when we were getting our baggage. This service makes it easy, especially for groups. We had a very comfortable and well kept vehicle. Driver was very professional and easy to work with. We had an hour long flight delay and sat on the runway for 20 minutes after landing. This service was very flexible and helpful through the situation. Driver was patiently waiting when we arrived.
