Driver reached out the day prior to confirm and was very clear with pickup directions. Driver was exactly on time, was courteous and the vehicle was very comfortable- a perfect transfer experience after a long flight.
Perfect transfer from Haneda Airport to our hotel in Tokyo. Our flight was delayed 6 hours and the company tracked the flight to ensure the driver was there for my arrival. Our driver Liao text me the day before so I had his WhatsApp which I used when we landed. Sure enough he was at the airport waiting for us. I'd definitely use them again on my next return to Tokyo.
Our ride from Haneda airport to Marunouchi went very smoothly. Jimmy was an excellent driver. The van was very luxurious after a long flight and all of our luggage easily fit. My family and I are very pleased.
