I booked this as a transfer service from the Barcelona Airport to my hotel in Castelldefels. Very convenient and easy to meet up. My flight was delayed and I messaged the operator with the updates. I got a text right after my arrival asking to let them know when we were through passport control. They were very accommodating.
Absolutely great, I was so very thankful that our driver, Bilal, was there, even though there was a one hour, and then two hours of delay, arriving after midnight. He stayed and waited and was so kind about everything. 10 stars out of 5!

Highly recommend! Our flight was an hour and a half delayed so I was worried we’d miss our pickup time. The company monitored our flight and it was no problem. Our driver was waiting for us when we got through immigration and picked up our bags. He was super nice and gave us lots of tips for things to do in Barcelona. We would definitely use this service again!

Good communication and flexible pick up. I was able to get through passport control quickly so I was ready for pick up 30 minutes earlier than I reserved. However, the operator quickly pivoted and had a driver ready to pick me up within 5 mins. I arrived at my hotel in no time —-professional and courteous driver. Would use again next time I arrive in Barcelona.

I received a call to make sure we were through passport control and, told where to wait once we got through customs. Received a call from the driver he said he would be there in five minutes and he would call when he was in the terminal.
