Privat transfer fra Barcelona Cruise havn til City Hoteller

Would highly recommend for your travel transfers from the cruise port to downtown Barcelona. Crazy busy place to find your ride, but our driver was already there and waiting for us. We had such a pleasant experience that we used our same driver for our airport transfer.

After paying $90+, I expected to have a driver waiting with our name and ready to escort us out of the cruise terminal. Instead, the driver calls less than 10 minutes to pickup time, to ask the pickup time and say he will be 10 to 15 minutes late. He then proceeds to show up 25 minutes late and texts my husband his license plate and told us to come find him. This was after we told him it was 4 of us including 2 small children and 6 pieces of luggage! We told him no way that he needed to come help us! Keep in mind there are plenty other drivers there who came to collect their clients and assisted them as is standard protocol. He then got upset as he helped us with the luggage and told us we were too slow and causing a traffic jam (not our fault he didn't park properly). When I got in the car I verified twice that he had the correct address and he quickly brushed me off and said yes. He then pulls up to the wrong hotel and demands we get out even when I told him this was incorrect. When I showed him on Google maps where he was to go, he cussed out loud and slammed the door so hard, my son started to cry. He then admitted he got the wrong address. This was not the start we expected in Barcelona and definitely not worth that amount of money. Stay clear from this company and service!

We were transferred from the cruise port on time and safely. Driver has great communication and we were able to find him easily in the huge crowd of disembarking passengers. We were so happy that we booked a transfer ahead of time. It worked out perfectly.

Even though I had to call and change the pickup time, I received another driver quickly and was taken to my hotel smoothly and efficiently.

Vans showed up on time and got us to our hotel safely. The company called and confirmed the day prior to the trip and they stayed in contact until we were picked up.

He arrived early, and was easy to find. Would recommend. Not a lot of conversation as he was trying to set up the next pick up I believe as there were a lot of people needing rides from the cruise ship. But he was efficient in getting us to our destination and without any issue.

Driver was on time and very friendly. Viatour always does a great job we have used them for many tours and transfers.

We were directed to the wrong pick up area. Terminal 3 does not exist in Barcelona and the pick up location specified on the app was at Terminal C. We were dropped off by NCL at Terminal A. We were not contacted by our driver. The CHAT option on the Viator app was unanswered. We called and the assist took several attempts to transfer to a live person. She could not get ahold of the operator for driver and left a message. About 10 minutes later we received a call from driver and he was at Terminal A stating he was there for 15 minutes. He made his way to Terminal A and arrived in a taxi. We were expecting a private car or van, not a taxi. Our driver was pleasant and got us to our destination, but not a great way to begin our first experience with a port transfer. Now worried about our transfer tomorrow.

Our driver got us to our destination That’s what is most important. However, he was unkind. Seemed irritated to be at the port. He was unhappy w the amount of luggage. He texted me before my pick up tiime indicating that he needed to hurry due to another pick up scheduled after us He did get us to our hotel. Just was not a pleasant experience

Driver on time and followed my instructions for pick up. However, he was not very friendly.. Actually, he was very abrupt and on his cell phone the whole time.
